Satellite /check re tune required

Hi All
we are in Quesada and have a satellite dish 1.9 mtr on our roof.
We are having difficulty receiving channels which should not be the case.
Have been quoted e60 for callout charge and e30 per half hour labour to check if re tune is required.
Any advice would be welcomed as we are back out on 28th Nov FOR A SHORT TRIP.

Recommend Go Sat in Los Arcos when ours went down they were very quick and it was €40 first hour, which was all they needed

Try Smartech solutions in Benijofar next to Citroen Garage. Very good service.

Hi All
I dont have any box as yet, but was informed that I should have a strong signal with the satellite.
I will contact all recommendations listed and book one in to coincide with our arrival.

Hi George,
Or you could use us - Television Technology, we are local, advertise & support clients on this forum & have been doing so for years.
If a retune, shouldn't take long - other things which it could ba & will need to be checked is the LNB & cable as both can perish/diminish signal depending on age and condition.
