IPTV - advised an issue backup (only) channels where 4+1 resides I believe. Bear in mind you have catch up on IPTV, so you don't actually need 4+1, just go into catch up on 4 and watch it an hour later - same as.
Satellite - channel 4, is on a low horizontal which is one of the weaker channels, usually, if someones dish a little off, the low horizontals go first & channel 4 is the first transponder - so looks like a signal/weakness type issue. Dish/tune/cable.
