It was useless the final straw was it losing signal 5 times during a Zoom call.

Took the router back where I got it from and got a receipt.

Just received a solicitor's letter saying they will issue a court action in 10 days for outstanding bills.

These bills are for 3 months after I returned the router.

You have been warned.

Good grief.
Upon reading on-line reviews I cannot imagine any company having worse reviews.
A line springs to mind from a famous song
"you can checkout but you can never leave"

I did all my transactions through an agent in Quesada (I will call them The Chocolate Teapot)
After returning the router I continued to get bills from them and when querying why their reply was "you didnt phone to cancel" I kid you not.

As an aside my reception was terrible but that was not my point it is this claiming for bills when their router has been returned.

I now have to decide if to fight this in a Spanish court. I cannot imagine a ruling in favour of them but you never know plus I would imagine solicitor costs of E1,000s.

All because of one totally inept company - people on-line use a different word for them which rhymes with "jam" but I want to protect the integrity of the board.
