My IPTV box has hundreds of channels that I will never watch. How do I delete them. Does having so many channels weaken the signal? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Chet it depends on what box you have as theres that many of them going about but simple way is go into the box menu & see where there all stored as they will be all grouped together then right click on the ones you dont want then delete themjob done failing that contact me & i can put you on to someone that can reconfigure it for you but an easier option is try & print out a list of the channels you like & want to keep then print them out or do a google search on how to move programs on your type of box as you can usually move them to the start of the box so to get easier quicker access. But it does not affect your box how many channels are on it as you can only watch one at a time. Hope this helps you.

If it's a MAG box, you can just make a favourites list.

If another box or system, all different, so need specifics - model and type of service you are using If Kodi or Android type box, a different game entirely.

Also having 100's or 1000's of channels has no bearing on signal or performance of IPTV - if looking to determine possible issues with any of these type of services, there are a few factors - which service and more importantly the impact of internet service providers and what they can do also. Also a little general box tip info, all on the link below. https://www.televisiontechnology.eu/ins ... uides-iptv
