I've just changed the LG service area to UK which allowed a UK postcode. Accepted it without disconnecting from Internet.
Still no preview thumbnails but at least I've got the correct regional channels now.
Will suck it and see.

The preview thumbnails has been a bone of contention on Freesat for some time.
Using a Humax box you get them but that is part of Humax. Quite a few complaints from Freesat viewers on no picture thumbnails with a direct TV tuner.
I get them on the all satellite channels mode, the terrestrial mode for Spanish TV but not with Freesat unless I use a set top box with a lower quality picture.

Strange thing is that they appear briefly for about a second then disappear!
