If yours needs more than it suggests that either the box is failing or more likely there is a problem with the IPTV provider.
Hard to understand the reluctance to swap the box even temporarily, it would instantly prove that element and you'd think a provider would be keen to help you identify where the problem was - unless they already know it's with them in which case of course they will naturally try and deflect the blame to the ISP.
I unplug the box every night and there can be problems when it reboots... not every time, but enough to be really annoying..
I also cannot see why the TV supplier will not lend me a box as that would probably prove either way what the problem is..but they seem adamant that the problem is with the Fibre company "throtteling" the signal (whatever that is)...
But as I do not wish to go down to the Company and personally throttle them I am a bit stuck.. I expect they will say it is not them.... my TV supplier have said it is not them.. so I am stuck unless someone can come up with a solution (that does not include burning down the house..
