The Settings icon on my mobile phone has disappeared.......how can I get it back for the front screen??

It will be in your apps.
Press on the apps icon (looks like a square of small squares )
When you find the settings icon, long press it and drag it back to your home page.

If you go onto playstore or whatever the equivalent is for an Apple phone you should be able to find a free icon for your settings.
