Anyone having problems with Lobster and not getting SMS messages? I just noticed as I don't use sms much now but still get hospital appointments that way. Checked settings on phone, learned cache etc even swapped to another messaging app still nothing. Lobster as usual customer service is non existent. So also looking for another provider with similar service re UK calls etc

No, in just the past few days I've had SMS messages from Carglass and two different courier companies, in addition I've had messages from Amazon, Paypal, and Lloyds bank as part of Two Factor Authorisation logins.

On the few occassions I've had to contact customer services (711 for existing customers) my calls have been answered promptly and whatever issue I was calling about was dealt with efficiently.

I had an SMS from hospital on Friday. I was in the UK last month and had problem accessing internet, phoned lobster, no problems getting through and fixed the problem for me

Lobster phone keeos dropping out saying emergency calls only.. Also need to reboot phone continually to get lobster data to connect whilst out.
Its cheap, but poor.
Moving to prepaid Vodafone. 10 euro gets 300 mins (5 hours) of telephone calls, both national and international including all if Europe, the UK and the USA, plus 12 GB data. Unlike lobster data roaming also works right across Europe (all countries) the UK and the USA.

Vodafone Spain and you can take your number.
Just Google Vodafone pre paid sim Spain.

I informed Lobster yesterday as I do rely on sms coming through re. Bank and Hospital.
They have had hundreds of complaints and were working to resolve it.

Late last night I started to receive sms from bank so looks like its been sorted.

I use AHI Europa brilliant service 11.90 monthly and I phone to UK a lot unlimited calls and 9gb data
