Have you ever wondered why Bank Charges are a rip off.
I phoned the UK for some copy statements because of a problem.
I have just received 26 letters posted individually, each one containing
just one statement.
Did not know if I should laugh or cry.
In this day and age why not a pdf file sent to my email address.
Or do they not know how to do this.

That would be lovely.We have had our lovely house on Lo Crispin for 3 years now but sadly only a holiday home.We have done every school holiday since except February half term as apparently that's the coolest month. Flights booked for 18 th March for two weeks for us all to come out although my husband pops over a couple of days each month to keep an eye on things. Cannot wait for our youngest daughter to leave school so we can enjoy more time out there.

Have got to know some lovely people there and through the beauty of this forum we can keep in touch with what's going on.
