Talk Quesada forum

Just been checking the weekly Tv schedules of our favourite programme and see that the much anticipated edition, featuring properties in Quesada is to be screened this Thursday (28th Jan) on Channel 4 at 4pm (UK time). This is the brand new series, most of which was filmed towards the end of 2015.

The Episode this afternoon showed properties in the area. The last one the couple looked at was in Quesada. They loved the area having seen Villa Martin and various other places but realised they needed more cash to get what they wanted but said they would be back.
Last night on More 4 they showed a similar Programme.
It is still a Buyers Market.

The two ladies on yesterdays programme viewed a bungalow on Conjunto Sofia in La Fiesta II....Then finished the programme down by the golf course...Oh we do live in a lovely area...come on everyone.. shout ...."We certainly do!"

Watched it - properties in Los Montesinos, Lo Crispin, Doña Pepa, Rojales & Daya Vieja.

We saw the featured couple in a bar when they were over for filming.
It was November 1st last year and we were at a private party at La Manzana Sidreria.
Somehow they had got in to the party & the man kept getting hold of the microphone and kept going on about A Place In The Sun.
After a while he was removed from the premises as he was becoming a nuisance.
He was fuming and kept trying to get back in and wanted to fight the partygoers.
His wife dragged him away.

I said at the time 'wouldn't it be funny if indeed he was to feature on A Place In The Sun'. Almost split my sides when we saw the programme today.

I won't spoil it for the people who haven't yet seen it - they did buy one of the 5 properties but i'm not saying where!

Maybe best not to say - Drink does strange things to some people and maybe he was just excited and could be the perfect neighbour....and maybe not!
