STOP water meter door thefts.

Drill a small hole in the frame of the meter cabinet, just above the hinge.
Put in a screw or small bolt. If using a screw, burr the top. Bolt, small self locking.
This stops the door being lifted off the hinges.
This will not stop a determend thief, but I don´t think they will hang around trying to drill out the Screw/Bolt.
