The British bars will be full and you are likely to have to book....and they will be expensive...

If you go to Rojales there are bars open that you do not need to book for, and last time, free grapes and wine and stuff.. there are normally fireworks all over the place...

We aways come over Xmas and New year its a great atmosphere, some bars in Quesada had entertainment and buffet free or a small charge, well worth it.
