Totally agree with Norfolk. I have iPad mini and the boss has full size (paid for by her first uk pension payment), iMac, iPod, Apple TV plus two iPhones
What I like is that they all integrate beautifully but as has been said, don't lose your logins or passwords, it's made difficult for a reason.
Go to Apple in Murcia and they are great, speak English and WILL help you, that's one thing they are really good at

I am considering buying an Ipad but not sure if I can warrant the high price. I have used a Kindle Fire HD for the last couple of years using Google Chrome and Amazon Cloud. Anyone know what an Ipad can do that a Kindle cant? The only thing I cant do is copy and paste from a text document.

Just tried it on my wife's Kindle Fire and works no problem but will not work from an Ebook

Interesting. What text editor are you using? Have you come across anything an Ipad can do that a kindle wont?

I do not use Ipads and do not use a Text editor What I did was to find a text doc on the Kindle hold finger on first letter of text then when balloon came up saying Copy just opened an email doc and held finger on the page until it said paste clicked on that and the text appeared

Thanks freddo but that isnt my query. My initial question is what can an Ipad do that a kindle cant. I dont know if a ipad has a text editor. I know how to copy from email etc.
