Hi fab forum members,

Last year we went to the circus that was on in July near Carrefour on the way to Torrevieja. Whilst we paid full price for our tickets we noticed a good number of people had discount vouchers and, as we'd like to go back again this year, wondered where we might find these vouchers. So far we've not come across any so I got to wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction???

The Tourist Information in Torrevieja have lots of Discount Coupons for various things.

I hope no one is supporting any of the Circus's that use live animals. I find this very upsetting and see it a lot here in Spain just barbaric...

The valencian authorities have recently banned all circuses which use live animals and not before time, so I'm not sure the Torrevieja circus will be on any more. It may take some time to implement, but it has definitely been passed to ban these shows. Fantastic

We're over at the moment & noticed the circus today, wasn't there on Monday when we passed. No sign of any animals from the road, whereas you could see elephants alongside the road for the last couple of years.

Let's hope the ban is already in place! If not, then it is coming in the following months. Sooner the better

dont know how anyone can support these circuses, the way the animals are treated, left in the heat for most of the day, hope the ban is in place, last year you could see this for yourself as you drive past
