can any one advise us please i went yesterday to show some friends the location for lemon tree market for this Sunday, the sign now has Sunday painted over and only shows Saturday, is this right?

You sure you looked at right place? There is a small market/boot sale at El Moncayo on a Sat I believe ... . . .but that is not Lemon Tree Market.
Moncayo Market is almost straight after you come off N332 onto Lemon Tree Road where Lemon Tree Market entrance is somewhat further along . . . .
Lemon Tree Market was there in force last Sunday with indications of any change . . .

Just checked it out on Google Streetview and the sign you mention is El Moncayo Market, not Lemon Tree market . . .

There is no signage for the Lemon Tree market,but is easily found on Sundays by the number of cars coming and going! It is opposite the entrance to the Christian Garden Centre which DOES have a sign.

Er, no. It's quite a way up from Cristians which is virtually opposite Moncayo Saturday market. Coming from Guardamar, it's just past the entrance to La Torre garden centre just before you get to the Cepsa garage. (Of course, coming the other way it's just past the Cepsa garage).
