I have found Specsavers in Guardamar in the main high street to be excellent and they all speak English.

Gotta be Laura at Optifactory next to Consum in Rojales.. She does all kinds of lenses, monthly, daily etc... and she speks English. and is a very friendly, helpful lady...

..and the lenses are back in less than a week...

The absolute best for customer service has to be óptica Rodríguez next to the petrol station by the Quesada arches.

They really do go out of their way to find you what you want and when they know you they get free samples of lenses and solutions for you to try first.

I wear glasses and my wife has glasses and contact lenses and we can't fault this family run business.

I would definitely back you up on this one. The customer service with Optica Rodriguez is second to none. Just speak with Frank and he will sort you out. If you are after quality at a good price try these guys. Not impressed with Specsavers and also you have to pay up front which is ridiculous!
