The Belen 'nativity scene' in Rojales - probably one of the best around in previous years (including Torrevieja's), opens on Sunday (11th December) and will be open every day until 3 kings on Jan 6th.
The local 'belenistas' create somehtnig diferent each year to tell the Christmas story integrating local scenes in the church square; and it is well worth seeing both in daytime and night with miniature buildings lit up and various moving figures too.
And of course, see if you can find the 'caganer' - man doing a poo!
Here's a couple of photos from a previous year.

It is outside the church..

taking the town hall on your left walk forwards about 100 yards, turn left at the chemist, 30 yards on turn right.. there it is..

Have to agree, it is the best in the area, well worth a visit. Especially at night when it's lit up!
