Hi

Just moved to Benimar from Abu Dhabi and brought our German Shepard with us after 3 years in the UAE. (His first 8 years were in the UK!)

Any advice on where we can walk him without causing an upset

Ken

We're in Benimar as well. Depnding on whereabouts you are, If you walk down to the Rojales end of Calle Agata (the road with The Welcome Inn and Xclusive on it) and then cross over the road, you'll see a dirt track leading up the hill towards some white painted buildings. Walk up the track and then, depending on how fit you are, you've got a choice of walking up around the paths that tun up the hills towards Harry's Bar in Quesada, or, otherwise, there's a gate at the side of a derelict building, at the botttom of the tracks that lead over the hills . It's there to stop vehicles but you can walk round the side of it and it leads into a disused finca in a valley. There's loads of places to walk dogs around there and plenty of people do. It's owned by Quesada apparently and they occasionally tip rubble in there (like last week) so, if you do go there, look out for the lorries!
