Recommendations for a builder

We have a small building project that includes bricklaying, plumbing, electrics and a bit of carpentry and ceiling plastering.
We would prefer a Spanish company/registered individual.
Quality of work is the most important consideration.

We already know about Don Aluminio but would like to hear of other recommended builders.

Whatever you do please shop around, do your homework and choose carefully. There are many great tradesmen out there to choose from. I've just had a horrendous experience and been ripped off big time by the worst kind of Brit 'tradesman' who's total incompetence turned out to be staggering ! Still my own fault because I didn't do enough homework - make sure you avoid like the plague someone called Robert J.M Clark.

We like to use Spanish tradespeople because, IOHO, they are familiar with the local legislation and the local materials. We will not ever use anyone who does not have a contact address or landline telephone number no matter how good the recommendations. We are also only interested in legally registered companies who will automatically apply for the obras menoras permissions.
We have used a particular Spanish builder for two previous reformas but we are not happy with his usual plumber and have requested that he sub contracts a different plumber for our future projects, however he declined which is why we are seeking another contractor.
We have a project that will probably need a week´s amount of work and need some serious recommendations from local, legal contractors. ATM we only have Don Aluminio in the frame and we like to have at least three quotes for comparison alongside personal recommendations.

Try the builder just to the right of the arches. Pezarco, it's a tile shop and building yard to the side, but they also do building work. The girl speaks English and Antonio, speaks a little English he will come and give you a quote. Recommended by someone on here, and he has started to do outside work for us. So far so good!

Like Annie P I followed a recommendation on the forum and employed Pezarco to remedy the incompetent mess that was left by one of the larger building firms in the area connected to an estate agent regularly recommended by a couple of people on here. I am sorely tempted to name them but will not.
Pezarco have renewed my faith in Spanish builders they are really good-their communications are excellent- they are reliable-they have hard working professional tradesmen who take a pride in what they do and their rates are fair. Contact Encarni/Antonio for an estimate at [email protected] and please tell them John recommended them.
