Looking at the 2 gyms in Quesada, has anybody got good recommendations for either of them. Looking for one to help with toning up, getting fitter etc. So a friendly one, where an "older" lady could feel comfortable in would be great.

Dear Windy,

Hello there, I am the owner of Quesada Fitness Gym and as a "mature" lady of 63 next I have ensured there is a huge choice of classes to suit us that will stretch, tone, increase flexibility and keep us strong. Please visit www.quesadafitness.com for all the details, class times and prices. We have a dance studio a huge main studio, a spinning and classroom, a coffe and juice bar and the upper floor has hair beauty and massage as well as the main gym area. Hope to see you soon.....no cliques and fancy flash outfits allowed lol , just lots of camaraderie and laughter.

Check them both out. I'm sure both are great. I used the one in Calle los Arcos for years. Easy and close, plus it's near the kebab shop!

Hola Windy I personally recommend the Quesada Fitness Gym

Hola Windy
I would personally recommend the Quesada Fitness Gym on the Aeroporto Road . This Gym would cater for your needs .They have all the types of equipment for your use ,plus different classes for fitness. It has a very friendly atmosphere, and is run and owned by a lovely couple I.e.Michael and Vivian
who make you very welcome.
