Sending emails to other members

We understand that not everyone is completely familiar, particularly new members, with the private one to one email message system on the forum but we in Admin are increasingly receiving a number of private emails with messages meant for other members (mostly info about items for sale or contact details when wanting to buy).
As you can imagine we in Admin are very busy and do not have time to reply to all of these to point out the mistake and also cannot redirect the messages to the members who require them.
There is a list of help topics on our home page and in this list is information on how to send emails through the forum to other members.
There are lots of other help topics there too.
