HI Sandra , we are just on the second roundabout , hope everything goes well , we know a very good builder if you get stuck ,,,, but you cant have him yet lol I have a very long list for him at the moment !! let me know how you get on luvy , the tavern pub is very welcoming also . are you aware fibre ahs just been installed on the estate ?? we have also just had a really good camera / alarm fitted if you want any details let me know luvy

I would be very careful about buying a home in Lo Crispin. I have several friends who have had there homes up for sale for years with reduced price and still cannot sell. Good Luck.

No need to be careful if you're buying! If you buy to sell then maybe. You're not going to make much money. To buy in Lo Crispin is right now where the sensible money goes. Prices are so cheap. A nice neighbourhood and close to everything. A family member if mine is selling there right now and the property is a gift compared to nearby areas for the same type.

I bought a repossesion 6 years ago and had to pay 600 euro each to both electricity and water companies to reconnect despite meters already there
