Amillar, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think I am. When approaching roundabouts the speed limit drops firstly to 60km & then to 40km, giving you ample time to arrive at the roundabout at the correct speed. Unless of course you are driving that fast you miss the 60 sign lol.
