My mum has bought a new basic phone Wolder A21. It is set to vibrate but she needs ringtone set to loud. No instructions with it. The shop is too busy to explain.I have looked in settings but can only find time date options etc.
Can anyone help?

Already tried that, the only manual on the site is the info that came with the phone which is not useful.

Not sure that is helpful.
I have a smartphone which is very easy to use but I still needed my friend who had the same make to show me how to use it!
Mum's phone has buttons, not swipe and she normally only uses it for the hospital to make appointments. Her old phone needed a new battery which is now obsolete!
We are not all tech savvy so if you can't be helpful why bother commenting?
Thanks to the people who have made suggestions x

I presume she is in Spain as a lot of information on the websites are in Spanish. She could ask in some of the places that sell SIM cards as they are often knowledgable. There is a website Wolderelectronics.com where you will see the various phones they sell. You can download instructions for the Wolder21 but they' are in Spanish. Some phones do only vibrate. I'm a great one for asking for advice even if they can't help. They can only say no.

Have been on the site but it is the same info that came with the phone.Have also been on their Facebook page but they want you to phone a 902 number.
Will suggest to mum to try another mobile phone shop and see if they can help her.
Ideally I would hope someone on here had the same phone.Thank you for your advice.

If the shop is too busy to help you I would take the phone back and ask for a refund.
If you cannot find the settings perhaps it cannot be changed.
I believe you have 10 days to take back a purchased item.

Try FoneFix in San Luis mobile phone repair shop, I've heard they are very helpful
