Moving to spain

I will be moving to Spain to start a new life early summer 2014. I will be looking for a part time job and a two bed house/appt to rent long term.
Ideally the house/ appt would be on the ground floor overlooking a pool. I would like some advise on rental amount, utility bills taxes etc...
