may not be much help, but on vistabella golf, entre naranjos, approx. 6km from Quesada, there is a hog roast company. I do not know the number and I am back in the uk at present, but if you are passing that way, simply drive into entre naranjos, and keep gping just past a pub called 'orange bar', and their phone number and roasting unit can be seen on the right hand side just as you have gone past the orange bar. this is a bit vague I know, but if you don't find any others, there is one there. good luck
