Am I correct the nearest Vodaphone shop is Habernaras , don't want to recharge the phone need to speak to somebody regarding inability to access Mi Vodaphone.

There's one in Almoradi and one in Guardamar as well although Habaneras is probably easier to get to. I found they speak English there quite well unlike the Iberdrola one next door (unless they've got rid of the woman in there who's job appeared to put customers off).
