Hello, we live in La Murada near Orihuela city, we drive thru La Campaneta when we come to Quesada, what we know is the long road thru the village few bars, i chemist and a big blue building that sells used furniture no one we have spoke to speaks English. There are apartments but cannot say if there is an English comunity there, i don't know where or not this would be an issue but i feel if you live there and can't speak Spanish you soon will do lol..
I would imagine the protperties would be quite competativley priced there, you would be near Redovan and Benferri, in particular Benferri would have more English speaking people and it has featured in place in the Sun many moons ago. Hope this helps L.

Hi there!!!!!! Welcome to La Campaneta!!!!! Yea!!!!! We have a wee apartment right in the middle of the village, near the chemist. We have been there for 11 years now and not much has changed thank goodness. It’s your typical sleepy village, minus those horrendous 20 mile and hr going no where fast hair dryer motor scooters!!!!!! We have a play park and community meeting area in front of our place. Socialising kicks off around 5ish until 9ish when the families would meet up and but the world to rights. Around 9ish until midnight you have the guys playing boules. If you would be interested I could contact our neighbour who lives in the village full time and is a fountain of information. If she agrees I could pass on her details to you???? Hope this helps!!!!!!!
