don,t take the bait, just try the restaurants you fancy and make your own mind up,different people have different views and tastes, the very best of restaurants can have there off days,
and the cheaper looking ones can sometimes exceed your expectations!

Don Carlos does serve excellent food at reasonable prices but the original poster asked for "TRADITIONAL" Spanish restaurants. Don Carlos isn't, it is an Irish themed bar, I wouldn't go so far as to say restaurant as there is only the small "dining" area in the far corner.
I think that is what some posters are getting at, not the quality/price of the food & with that in mind yes, there are far better "traditional" Spanish restaurants around, some of which have already been mentioned here.
