Hi all. Can anyone recommend an English speaking private medical clinic that would do blood tests for us? We are in the Quesada area. We know about Medcare in Benijofar but don't want to go there. Thanks.

There's also one opposite the arches. Dr Ballester.

As Marcliff says, Dr Ballester opposite the petrol station by the arches. He is our doctor & although he doesn't appear to speak English, he understands everything you say & his nurses are fluent English speakers & will translate everything you say.
I am unsure if he will do blood tests though, whenever I have needed blood tests he has referred me to a clinic/lab above the bridge bar in Rojales. Once the results are back I collect them from the clinic/lab & take them back to Dr Ballester.
Hope this helps,
Dave.

I have blood tests done at Dr. Ballester´s. Go back for results next day. He´s a nice man and understands English very well, the nurses speak many languages and they translate English as a double indemnity.

I went to the dentists at Medcare for a filling. The dentist gave an anesthetic injection and then immediately started work on the tooth. I jumped and she said "you'll need root canal work on that". I said "No, take it out then". She didn't, She just waited a bit until the anesthetic started working and then did the filling. My wife went there for a dental check up and was told she needed work costing 3000 euros. She went to the dentist in Rojales, who did everything needed, including bridge work, for 500 euros. That's my experience of Medcare.
