Maybe this has been answered before, but again, is Consum planning a shop in the Pueblo Bravo area. I see a plot has been made ready for something close to the round about?

They’ve spent a lot of time, effort and materials levelling the site. It would seem odd to then send in diggers to excavate foundations through material they’ve just added.
