Posted: Sun Jun 24, 2018 4:49 amI have my NIE number & am seriously thinking to get a market stall . Does anyone know the procedure? I’m coming out for 5 weeks in August & will be in my house in Ciudad Quesada on a regular basis . Not a resident so can spend half the year there at the moment .
