Hello 1950s born Women.

I was wondering if there are any Women here that will not be receiving their UK State Pension (like myself) for some more years.

I would love to start a group to see what we can do about this. I am already in the group WASPI & Backto60 but would like to see if there is anyone here that is in the same situation.

Kind regards

Sylvia

i have had my pension pushed back by 6 years I don't think theres anything we can do about its that's why we moved here so we can retire early but could not afford too in England after working all our lives they changed our pensionable age bit of a joke as Poland have changed theres back to 60 with the money our government have given them, I don't mind our country helping others but shouldn't they have helped us first and change our pension age back

Hi

But don't you think we should all try and change it back to 60 ?

Have you joined the groups WASPI international and Backto60 ?

Please don't give up on getting our pension back to 60. How disgraceful that the gov have helped Poland ! Its so crazy and unbelievable.

I am writing a letter which will get posted in the next couple of day to the PM.

I too should be receiving my UK State Pension but have to wait until 2023. Living in Spain on my Husband's Pension which is so unfair to him. I've never had any handouts not even from my Husband before the UK gov screwed up my plans.

Please keep in touch. We can maybe start a group in this area ? Let me know what you think as I'm sure there are many Women living here who are in the same situation.

Kindest regards

Sylvia

I'm sure the UK gov are banking on many of us giving up the fight.

But I for one won't - please let's all get together and keep up the fight... don't ever give up for the injustice our own government have done.

They need to know us Women are strong and will not give up.

I am affected by this too. I’m having to work part time on England and return to Spain for 4 weeks. So I’ve worked for 43 years and still have 5.5 years to work before I can retire. I have signed the petition.

Hi...could you point me in the direction of some detail regarding the British government giving money to Poland to help the Poles reduce their retirement age for Women. I am interested in writing a piece for a magazine.

Sounds like typical Brexit misinformation to me.
