BMN bank in the Valencia Region merged with Bankia in January of this year and today is the day that all accounts are merged into Bankia.
Surprised you didn't get a letter of advice from your bank.

Have you tried signing in with your old details?
Mine takes my NIE number and my PIN.

I have been having difficulties logging on since November 17 and have been on the phone to their helpline who rudely hung up on me.I have had new usernames and pins from my branch in La Zenia and still having difficulties. They were to merge with Bankia.

I am in the same position and based in uk which makes it very awkward.
When BMN took over Caja Murcia it was seamless, my logs ins did not change but this merger with Bankia is very different.
My user code doesn't work, nor does my NIE, there is a button to request a new password, should I be doing this ?
I also read on Bankias site that their passwords would be 5 to 8 digits long, my BMN one is only 4 digits, is this the problem ? Or do I need new customer id AND password ? How would I obtain these from the UK ?
Could anyone provide me with some help here please, TIA

Sent the bank manager at the BMN branch in Rojales an email this morning asking how I can access my online account , as yet no reply . If she does reply ( very doubtful given her track record ) I will post it .
