I know it's been covered before, another Estate Agent thread

I will soon be selling a property on the air strip, one of the ‘cheese wedge’ style houses and am looking for recommendations from people who have experience of selling (or buying) through agents.
Over the years I have seen many names on houses for sale – Sapphire, Spania Villa, Costa Blanca Bolig, Sun Seekers, Petra Honig, Spanish Properties, Inmobiliaria, Barcelo, Pro Home, Villas Amarillas etc. but they all mean the same to me.
To avoid having to call to all the agents to check them out, it would be great if I could get recommendations from those who have experience or know about a neighbour or friends experience, good or bad.
If someone knows of a bad experience maybe PM me rather than putting it up here in public. It’s good to know who not to go to also.

We sold our first property through the Property Shop Quesada. Sold within a month. No pressure to use their recommended lawyers. We used our own. Bought through Imobilares in Quesada also would recommend them

Vincent Real Estate in Benijofar seem to do well selling Properties. I know several who've used them over the years and the present day as well.

Marshalls in Quesada..contact John Clifford 966717554 /680775567..they have recently sold our property & a few more near us

Bumblebee properties, close to the golf club at LA marquessa. Dave sold our property within 24 hours of putting it up for sale, great guy, speaks as he finds, no "paper promises" from him

Newstart sold my parents' house in La Marina:

Thinking about our buying experience in Formentera, I'd recommend you look at
www.kyero.com and check that whichever agent you decide to go with, they advertise on this site - it's the largest on-line property site in Spain and my wife spent hours on it in the UK before we did each of our viewing trips.

We’ve just bought our villa here with Inmobiliaria in Quesada and they mad the whole experience very easy indeed. I would definitely recommend them.

Call in & see Dave, i never looked for a website to be honest, I prefer to deal face to face. Even some of the other agents we spoke to said "he is shifting properties" & he certainly shifted ours.
