If you Google QUESADA ESTATE AGENTS you can see what type of Properties are in that Area and their prices.

Lo Marabu goes from where Quesada starts coming from Torrevieja and goes up to where the Lo Marabu health centre is. It stretches across from the CV905 over to the La Laguna hotel and contains Doña Pepa 1 and Doña Pepa 2.
So it covers a large area.
From what we know as the Consum shopping centre with a pharmacy, butchers, DIY shop, several bar/restaurants including a Chinese Wok. a Scandinavian furniture shop, a new Aldi being built, a couple of petrol stations, of course a Consum supermarket, a service garage, a couple of dentists and several others. Up the top is a Lidl supermarket and going across to a pharmacy, a Gama convenience store, DIY, launderette, Italian restaurant, a couple of good pubs with restaurants, a post office, a dentists, now two telephone/satellite shops and several others. The down to the La Laguna hotel with an array of bars and restaurants, banks, Indian restaurant, home furnishings etc.
There are many different styles of houses. Apartments, town houses, huge detached villas, new Eco homes, semi-detached villas and anything you can think of including quads.
That enough access to facilities? Plus the ones I've forgotten. Just a poor bus service lets it down but loads of taxis.
Oh, and it's not an estate and it's spelled Lo Marabu which is a type of stork found in Africa (no, no idea why).

It's a lovely area but as said Dona pepa also very nice .

I think this has been spoken about before my address is Lo Marabu my friends is Dona Pepa. ......so who knows!

Take a walk from the roundabout from Torrevieja, left to the garden centre, right to the La Laguna hotel. When you get to La Laguna, turn left and head up towards the main part of Quesada. When you get to the big roundabout past some posh houses, turn left towards Consum. Go all the way along to Consum and back on to the road to where you started.
That's Dona Pepa 1.
Now, go back to Consum and walk along the road all the way up to the new Lidl. Turn right along the road leading to the health centre (called Centro de Salud Lo Marabu) and up to where the Gama/La Vida Sunset is. Turn right and go all the way down to the roundabout where you turned to go to Consum.
That's Dona Pepa 2.
Now take the whole lot, Dona Pepa 1 and 2, and put them all together. That is Lo Marabu.

I'm just saying that no where on my address is Dona Pepa just Lo Marabu.
