No charge ,I asked them for discount think I got 10€ offand they they would deliver free and installation take old appliance away, this was January.went back to buy a tv from them, there price was same as euronics but did,nt have any in stock,would always call at Redder first as the service is good,.

I would have bought from Redder too but required a fridge / freezer of a smaller height.. 165cms as the water heater is mounted on the wall above where it will be located. By the way, Redder has changed it’s name ..electro something.
