New large building going up near the gym in quesada

Does anyone know what the new building is going to be? Steel struts have been placed in the ground just behind the playground near the gym and it looks like to building is going to be enormous. Any idea what this is going to be?

Yes ...I live near there ...apparently it's a Chinese warehouse store .....there was a thread on here last week but for some reason it got deleted

Yep, chinese warehouse....... Activa will have fun trying to sell the houses opposite now.......

Whereabouts on the plot is it in relation to the gym/playground? How high is it?

Saw a post on a new building by Quesada Gym, steel struts going up? - thought it might be better on the general discussion
Any ideas what it is? Whereabouts on the plot is it in relation to the Gym/Playground/Car rental? How big/tall is it?

If you're looking at the playground in front of you & the new gym would be to your left the building is being erected at the opposite end of the gym, if you take the whole plot it's the bit closest to Calle Sorolla that was always fenced off.
Hope that makes sense - It's pretty high - would say it's going to be as tall as the gym? Will try go past & get some pics

If you go to playground...then there's a bit of ground with a few small trees ..then next to it's there's a massive steel frame going up ...I would estimate each end will be 40ft high at the apex
One end of plot seems to have been left empty presumably for car parking or more likely lorrys ...
There must have been a big brown envelope to pass that in a residential area ...the quesada gym and car hire buildings are low rise completely to this building

Wow - which end of the plot is left open - Calle San Vicente (gym side) or Calle San Jose (car hire side)
Activa will for sure have fun with that...
