Hi,

Having a problem with our emersion boiler tripping out it’s circut breaker, the breaker is rated for 30 amps, everything works fine on this circuit until you switch the boiler on. Even with no other appliances etc running and only switching on the boiler the circuit trips.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with the heating element,depending on age could be corroded letting water into the electrics.
