I ask them to wait a second and then whisper (so they can hear me) to my imaginary police colleague and tell him to trace the call whilst I pretend to go along with their scam. They put the phone down dead quick. If I'm not in the mood I just say F off and cut them off.

Say " Thank you for your call. Which department do you want?" They should then ask if you are a business and you answer yes. This then gets them to hang up and they mark you as a business so when they share numbers your will no longer be a target.

You may have to play along a bit, like ask which computer because we have 8 or do you want the IT department or Technical Support? etc. But it does tend to knock out all spam calls for a while.

Buy an air horn. That should do it!
