In the summertime you’ll struggle to find one, imo. Too many families with kids around.

Guardamar allows dogs, but not in summertime.

You are not allowed to take your dog on ANY beach any time of year unless designated it is not totally clear if the two proposed ones for this summer are actually in operation as there has been conflicting reports but the link below shows the beaches proposed for this summer. some papers are saying they are in operation and another says the information is incorrect! I have not found anything more it would be good if someone had factual information.

In the interest of hygiene dogs should not be allowed on any beach, the same is true for bars and restaurants. The only acceptable exception of course is for guide dogs.

There is a specially built dog walking park in Guadamar with sand and an agility course. Not quite the beach but they can run around in the sand.

Please drive to Torrevieja, Calle region de Murcia en Cale del Moro. At the end of that street is a dog beach. The whole year around. Left side from the stairs.
