A question for the "High Tech" minded ?

Hi .
I have a Samsung J5 mobile smartphone .
I use it for most things thesedays , as opposed to my lap top.

Yesterday and today , whenever i try and watch a u tube video , or video link on facebook , it doesn't start playing .
The circle on the video just keeps revolving, as if it's trying to start ... any ideas ?

Maybe , the phone needs clearing of cookies etc ?
Any advice on how to do that , would be gratefully appreciated.

T.I.A.
Belcat.

I get that a lot Belcat. I find that if you click on the `Pause`button it changes to `Play` and if press it the video starts.

That´s how it works with me anyway .

usually down to the internet speed that is available from the network you are connected to, a little test that might help prove this, is by connecting to a cafe's wifi network. most businesses have decent a set up that allows many customers to use the network at the same time. so, connect to a café or restaurants wifi, and if that resolves it, then there ya go, must be down to the bad service, or peak period of use on the network you used before.
