Hi Everyone,
I’m waiting for a parcel delivery from U.K.
will it be delivered to my address in Quesada and if I miss the delivery will the correos leave a note ?
Where is the pick up point for correos parcels.

They will leave a collection note in your post box if you are not in. It will tell you when it is available for collection (usually next day up to 14 days).
Correos is along the road where Don De is and up towards the end before Quesada Fish n Chips. Open in the mornings (the opening times will be on your collection note).

Or if you really are unlucky they will tell you it is at Quesada but take it to Rojales ..!!!
Happened to me twice now , also I have items addressed to me from Seville , they always are kept at the post office and I have to collect , my friendly postie cannot give an explanation but says he is not allowed to deliver the items even tho he knows me ..!!

You will need your passport to pick up your parcel.

For parcels, I use The Post Box in Dona Pepa, near Gama.

Just go in there and give them your details, name, address and telephone number then, have everything addressed to yourself at their address and, when they receive it, they’ll give you a call. It costs just €3 per package. I’ve even had a fridge delivered there!

No more waiting in, no more missed deliveries.

They do a 3/ 6month and yearly price that is cheaper in the long run for all letters and parcels - Our neighbours use them as their post box, so items and letters don't go missing.

You don`t seem to have much luck with your post do you.

You don`t get it when it`s incorrectly addressed .. you don`t get it when it is correctly addressed and when you do get it you get it, it`s sent to the wrong office for you to pick it up.

And if it`s sent from Seville ... for reasons that cannot be disclosed even by the local postie ... he`s not allowed to deliver it.

Maybe they are too big to fit in his little box behind his seat. ...

Don't have great success with couriers either ...Bought a small Lenovo tablet from the UK 3 mths ago , started off with Hermes [ bad, bad start ..!!!] then ended up in Madrid with Correos express [ nothing express with this shower] , they kept saying [ thro hermes ] that the address was incorrect . Correct address was forwarded 4 times [ same as original ] , still stuck according to tracker for 5 weeks .

Got Hermes UK and German CEOs involved [ waste of time and space] , then suddenly it was found and they said the address was correct ....instead of forwarding on to me they sent it back to the UK telling the sender it would take up to 8 weeks to return it [ I could walk it in that time ] ! !!
Its now 10 weeks the sender has still not got the item back as they cannot find it , but I got my pay pal refund yesterday ... result ...!!

Funny how items from China , USA ,Cyprus , Lithuania and Latvia all seem to get here with my normal formatted address ..........!!!!!!
