Anybody had experience with the Spanish floor clause with mortgages

We had to get a "Cuadro de Amortisacion", I think that's the spelling, from our mortgage provider.
We then sent it to a company that deals in this sort of enquiry, we used "Rapido Claims", they came back to us within the hour with an answer. The initial enquiry is FOC, but ongoing work, if you have a claim is chargeable.
