I used Quiron. Needed to see a specialist there first. Cost a bit but I was glad I went

Thanks. I've been looking at private MRI scans in UK, so just wanted to compare cost in Spain.

Have you a ball park figure of what you paid?

Why not ask the Hospital or a Private Doctor. I'm sure they would know.

Following on from my initial post. I found this, non invasive whole body scan. €150 with €45 discount for couples.

I would suggest that people do their homework on such 'scans' and ask the advice of a doctor or radiographer.
It is my understanding that they are NOT the same as scans provided by a hospital - so not a substitute for an MRI or CT scan.
Of course I'm happy to be proved wrong, considering the bargain price.

I have only last week had an Ultrasound done at Quiron but they won't entertain you unless you have a referral from a Dr.
I went to the Medical centre near the arches and paid €45 for the consultation and written referral which Quiron were happy with and booked the scan for the following day. All done and dusted in less than 48 hours.

Hi jules. Did Quiron charge you. And was it a specific part of body or FULL scan.
