Telecable problem

Since the storm i am getting ‘authentication error ‘ in teying to connect
Have switched off and on, reset ect numerous times but have now given up
Left messages yesterday with service department but I didn’t really expect a reply given the situation

Any suggestions welcomed but I expect my router is likely fried

Answer to most problem queries on the forum usually lies within Googles data bank. Just Google the error message you are getting and you will likely find your answer. Good luck.
