Cleaner / Keyholder required.

We are looking for a reliable couple to prepare our property for occupation around 4/5 times per year and undertake quick inspections once per month.
Our recently retired couple were brilliant and generally checked over the property as we left, laundered the bed linen and cleaned and prepared the 2 bed apartment prior to our arrival. The apartment has a solarium which they also prepared.
Would prefer someone local who is or has been delivering such a service for some time.
The apartment sits at the top of Quesada down the road from Harry's bar.
Physically fit people only - the apartment is on the second floor (no lift).
