hi
What do the parking lines that are blue mean can you park in them, do you need to pay

Not any more. The blue bays are pay for parking in the summer months from June 15 to September 15 only.
The meters should have now been removed.

Yes, you can park in them without getting a ticket outside those dates.

Check that they have removed the parking meters!
They were there still on Monday and a man checking vehicles had tickets!

I was up near the Casblanca side of Guardamar on Tuesday and the machines were covered up... a sign said that parking was charged up to the 15th September

Meters had been removed yesterday. So free parking now.
