Hi everybody I know the good and proven local agent his commission is from 2500 to 3000 euros.The final commission depends on the price of the property.

Spanish property Services on Playa Flamenca, Zenia, charged us £1000, inc getting us NIE numbers to buy this house inTorrevieja.
