New bar in Quesada

found an excellent new bar in Quesada. Top of los Naciones on the left. Called “The London Tavern’. Bright, spacious, friendly staff. Inside and outside terrace. Didn’t eat but menu was fairly priced. 2 pints, 3 large wine and bottle of sprite, only €13. I think it used to be called 4th Avenue.

I passed the former Quesada Deutche Bank yesterday .
The plants and trees have been removed from the front , and a new terrace laid . Is this going to be another Bar ???
